Call For Submission

Our next events will be held on:

Calgary - Saturday October 23 and Sunday October 24, 2010.

Edmonton - Saturday November 6, 2010 (+/- Sunday November 7, 2010)

The submission deadline for both events is Sunday August 22, 2010. Please see the application form for mailing addresses and drop off locations for submissions in each city.

Submissions will be reviewed and artists will be contacted by email with the jury’s decision by Wednesday September 1, 2010. A list of successful applicants will also be posted on our upcoming events web page. Please be prepared to attend a pre-sale meeting on Tuesday October 12, 2010 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm in Calgary or on Sunday October 17, 2010 from noon - 3:00 pm in Edmonton.

Fee Structure

Fixed Fee
Artists are required to pay a fixed and non-refundable fee of $100 (one hundred dollars) to secure their participation in each exhibition and sale.

Commission
In addition to the fixed fee described above, Calyx will retain an amount equal to 20% (twenty percent) of the cumulative sales for each artist.
